Seeking someone to fix, or create a file: for new hires to complete onboarding forms. Currently, when new hires join our agency, they receive and fill out mountains of paperwork. My agency will not move ...out a few fields, learn about our agency, hit a button to print the documents, sign the forms and move on to their unit/department. I don’t need it too fancy. If this can be done without the forms being inside the pdf or the file, that’s fine. Just so long as it looks professional and functions as needed. We don’t have a website, so it can’t be an online hosted file. I’m using my own personal money to fund this because I can’t spend any more time on this project.
