Hello. I offer French. I am French, even though I now live in South Africa. I translate myself, no google or software. I can also do voice over and have no regional accent as I was raised in Paris (even though French from the south and other regions say that we have an accent... :-) ). I can send you a sample of translations as well as my voice. You say you would consider someone who would offer all languages. Beware of these people as they bid on behalf of agencies and these despatch the work to non natives and google translators. I do get a lot of work re-doing these "translations" and really, people should be ashamed to charge for this.
