In January 2019, I started working for the E-commerce Company HS PLUS d.o.o. as a Customer Support/Sales Agent for the Austrian and German Market. My duties included providing customer support via phone, e-mail, social media and live chats, taking orders, resolving complaints and other tasks as assigned by my manager.
Between August 2020 and March 2021, I was the Regional Manager for the German-speaking Market (Austria and Germany). My duties included scheduling and ensuring the proper work of employees, training agents in sales and customer support, identifying new and viable payment methods, negotiating with partner companies regarding the costs of parcel delivery services and external payment solutions, drafting and implementing new standards and work processes, sales channel optimisation, market analysis, reporting flaws and preparing ideas for further market improvements.
From March 2021, I performed the role of Senior Customer Support/Sales Agent and acted as a stand-in for the Manager in his absence, as well as handling complex customer cases.
In July 2021, I joined Megasplet d.o.o. (E-Commerce) as a Senior Customer Support for the Austrian and German Market, in charge of managing operations of the German-speaking market.
From February to May 2022 , I provided services for MoGi Group Ltd. as a Player Support Agent for German-speaking players.
