Edit something for on going job

I am looking for a British editor and/ proofreader to edit a book. It would be an ongoing job for a True British. Fake users stay away from my project. Requirements: Simply cross out with word what you do not like and put in red or green your additions. I need something that shows your writing abilities. Not your ability to format a letter. What you delete, as being crossed out and what you ad in in a red colour or another colour. Budget: $5/1000 words.
