I would like to have combat simulations of a video game. For that, I have some data from the different units (melee, weapon damage etc) and the formula that would lead to the combat result. It is not a big project and it is for personal use. I have translated json data into excel and created a table that I attach. I believe a series of v look ups would do the job but I am stuck in this last step. The method is: choose two different random units and make them fight. However I am not sure how to add the element of time in that formula since things change combat wise depending on the time.
