The dashboard must place the statistics from each row onto a pre-supplied graphic of fixed dimensions, presenting the figures as a meshed map overlay rather than standard bars or lines. Here is the flow I imagine: the latest CSV lands in the repo, your code ingests it automatically, overlays the values on the graphic, and the public URL always shows the freshest view with minimal manual intervention.
