Whisky & Rum Point of Sale Translations Needed

I am looking for a natural French speaker to translate some English language Point of Sale materials into French to be used in France, so someone French is preferred. We are a Spirits producer, and the material will cover Scotch Whisky and Rum using technical language, so any experience writing for an alcohol company would be preferential. There will be four pieces that need translating, each approximately 200 words. Previous translations have taken 8 hours, so we will be using this for our time-frame. The translation does not need to be word-for-word, but it must get the feel for what is written, particularly the tasting notes. We will accept the translation in two forms: - A side-by-side text file so that our design can easily make the necessary changes. - Directly into the InDesign file. Preference will be given to any translator with proven InDesign experience who can put the translation directly into the file. Terms of Payment: Once the project is complete, we will send the translation to our French distributor, who will verify the quality of the translation - it is they, not us, who will be using the material. This done, payment will be made. If they are not happy with the quality of the translation, no payment will be made. These terms are non-negotiable. Attached is an example of our POS material.
