Well, a large undertaking requires a lot of commitment I guess.
Let's start from this side. I am from Poland, I live in Szczecin - one of the biggest city in our country and I am also a 24 year old man working as a supervision inspector.
Before I 've started studying, have been working for 7 seasons years in 4 Polish restaurants. Sometimes as a waiter, but mostly as a pizzerman. I am saying this becuase I want to mention that I have some connections, there has to be something or someone we can pursue to start with. Small steps, big changes. I am really curious what Ideas you want to sell for restaurants and how it will help them during these times. The price and estimate time are written randomly of course, we will discuss it later.
