Hello, I need someone who can get my birth certificate from Pakistan and mail it to me in USA. I was born in Lahore. An application will be move to union council office. You will tell us your address so that we locate the proper union council. The certificate should be in English, so that it is usable for foreign country. You expenses would be incurred Pak RS. 1500-2000 in shape of union council fee and a little fee (under the table fee).
