I am a native Polish speaker, based out of Warsaw, I am ready to work right away on the project. I also have a question for you and a word of advice - I understand that the budget for the whole project is estimated at between $3000 to $5000, however you are ready to pay $1/word. Could you please change the project budget to dollars per hour? The reason for that is that freelancers have to pay 10% commission on the project and if whoever here agrees to accept the job, he or she will have to pay a minimum of $300 commission to freelancer.com (as the website does not allow to place a bid below the project budget).
