GERMAN TRANSCRIPTIONS

We are a UK-based company converting voicemails into text messages. Currently we are looking for a company to provide real time transcription services in German for us (i.e. the agents would listen to German voicemails and transcribe them using our software). The volume is expected to be quite high (estimated 60-70 conversions per agent per hour). We’re not sure yet about the volume but each individual transcriber will convert on average 60-70 messages per hour, so the volume is expected to be very high. Each message averages 15 seconds in length. The turn around time is 2-3 minutes per message. (It is an (almost) ‘live’ service, and transcribers need to be available 24/7. We are looking to pay up around £0.05 per message. Before going live we’d need to carry out some remote testing.
