I'm in need of a customer service trainer who's able to deliver extensive instruction on handling online selling support, centering their focus on areas such as product changes, quality issues, and product availability. This training will primarily cater to less than 10 participants and can either be conducted online or in-person in New York or Dubai. The ideal candidate is someone well-versed in these topics and has solid experience working with Italian clients. Proficiency in cross-selling techniques and effective methods for customer engagement and managing complaints is highly desirable. The training span is set for two days.
