We're looking for an enthusiastic Spanish & Portuguese Translator to join our Success team for a project-based cooperation. Performance objectives: 1. The first objective is to build strong relationships with our Spanish and Portuguese-speaking customers, monitor and improve their experience with our product. The individual will be fully involved in Knowledge Base processes while creating, reviewing, and maintaining articles in Spanish and Portuguese. The typical tasks include: - Translate and create content for our website, Joomag blog, and Social Media - Write articles succinctly and dynamically while ensuring the Knowledge Base is up to date and relevant to Joomag product updates. - Translate the product release information. Requirements: - Experience in Content Marketing or Social Media - Experience in Content Writing - Perfect translation and writing skills - A Spanish and Portuguese native speaker - Excellent English language proficiency. 2. The second objective is to "Work Like a Team, Live Like a Family.” We spend a lot of time together offline as well as online. As a result, we’ve come to know each other as a family.
