Convert this 3D Scan STL into a Native Solidworks Solid Model for FEA analysis

I need to conduct FEA analysis on a vehicle chassis using solidworks - To do this I need a native solidworks 3D model. We had the chassis scanned and now have a very large STL file (over 800mb) that will be made available to the freelancer who works on the project. We need the STL file to be converted into a solidworks Solid model that is easy for us to modify ourselves. Due to the number of faces in the STL file, you cannot easily import it directly to solidworks so you may need some additional software to handle the file. We do not want to run the STL file through an automated process to convert to solid, it needs to be worked on my someone with knowledge and experience in Solidworks. The model must be correctly structured as an assembly with all parts modelled as "parts" (either separate files or virtual parts) - It is not acceptable to make the entire chassis as a single part. The chassis is "hollow" and must be modelled like that - We can provide material thickness details. Upon completion of the assembly, you must run an interference detection and ensure there are no interferences as these will prevent FEA from running. In addition to the STL file, we can provide material thickness information and photographs. Due to the size of the file, the STL will be provided via WeTransfer to your email address.
