We are looking for people who consider themselves experts in one or more of the applications below to help us categorize the features / functions of the application. We are breaking down each application into 4 - 8 areas / features / functions. The categories should be generic so there are not too many, but also specific enough that users would understand what they are for.
This task will require you to advise which Application you wish to work on, and provide the list of categories for the application, and several examples for each category.
We are paying $2.50 + oDesk fee per application. Please note, we will only pay for quality work, if you take the job and don't delivery quality work, the job will be ended.

Gmail:
Gmail 101 - Creating a Gmail Account, Signing in and out of your Gmail account
Email - composing, sending, replying and forwarding email messages, attaching files, BCC
Contacts - creating contact groups and mailing lists
Settings & Account Management - changing account password, other Google account settings, importing mails and contacts

Notes & Journal - add notes, notes size, setup journal, notes color
Calendar - add calendar, meeting invite, creating appointment, share calendar, manage calendar
Contacts / Address Book - add contacts, add contact group, and share contacts.
Tasks/To-Do-List - task option, add task, set reminder, follow-up
