I would like a desktop application developed with the following functionality: Within the application it will provide up to five different internet connections, each with a separate IP address. The application would essentially have five tabs, each has its own internet connection with a different IP address. Please see the attached image for a visual explanation of the application. Each tab will have it's own URL address bar. Each tab will also display the IP address that it is connected with. This is part of a much larger project that you will get first refusal on but this first part is essential, without this working correctly the main project will not go ahead. Please ask any questions you may have. I have set the budget to £10, please ignore this, just bid what you would want to complete the first part of this project as explained. Thank you for looking.
