Web Design with Script Integration Needed

We need a developer that can produce the required results, the time frame is not too important as we would rather have the right site after a little wait than the wrong one tomorrow. We need someone that can take our design ideas and use a little flair to create something that looks professional and unique. We have been let down by freelancers in the past so I am afraid I have some rules that you must be happy to stick to in order to be successful on the bid! We will only pay once the site has been fully designed and tested to our specification, we will not entertain partial payments because your internet is going to get cut off or because you can’t afford to eat, quite frankly this is not our problem, we want a professional freelancer that will complete the job and expect to be paid once their work has been presented. We are very easy to work with, we will not hassle you for updates as we are very busy on other projects. We do insist though that the site is built on our server so we can see the design developing, this will save us all time and cost. I have attached a site map of the site that we need; I shall give a basic run through of the pages so you can accurately and competitively quote. The site will be a subscription site, using Paypal, users will be able to subscribe for an initial payment and then monthly payments. Homepage – A basic homepage with links to our Twitter and Facebook pages. There will be an embedded youtube video. There will be a login function for registered users. There will also be links to the following pages; Contact Us – Simple form that emails us when completed About Us – A basic page with text Register – A registration page for new users to sign up using Paypal. How It Works – Again just a simple page but with an embedded You Tube video. Control Panel – This is where the subscriber can change their registration details such as address, email address, password etc. Once the subscriber has logged in, there will be twelve pages, all taking on the same layout and they will have a You Tube video embedded in them and most will also each have a link to download a document up to about 20mb in size which will be hosted on our server. Each user will need to enter their Amazon .[login to view URL] login details when they sign up. We have a script that uses Paypal IPN’s to take the address from the IPN and it uploads the address details into their Amazon address book. This script needs to be automatically available to each user when they register. This needs to use SSL certification as due to the fact that Amazon details are involved the script is unique to each user. I will give you some ideas of what I am looking for in the site design, it will not be a complicated design quite the opposite in fact, it must however look professional. We will not accept a website that looks like a school boy has done it irrespective of how functional it is. You must be aware that SEO will be extremely important to us so please bear this in mind. We have the domain hosted and ready to go. It is crucial that as there are some coding problems to overcome where the script is concerned we are looking for a programmer as well as a designer. We MUST see examples of your design work as this will be a key part of our decision making. I am sorry that we have ‘laid out the law’ here but there are some timewasters on freelancer.com and we don’t want another! – We are good to work with really! When it comes to payment, we will only use the milestone payment system, we will not pay any amount using Paypal. There will be no payment until the website is completed and tested to our satisfaction.
