The backend functionality (developed in PHP) has all been completed on our website. Before the website was completed, we hired a designer to design a CSS for the homepage. You can see the current build at mymigrainejournal dot com slash index dot php (to view pages, sign up as a new user).
What we need now is just implementation of an attractive CSS design for the *internal* pages of the website. This needs to work with the existing CSS homepage graphic and tab design. The internal pages to be designed include a number of pages you can see under the tab "About Us" (FAQ, Mission Statement, How it Works, Migraine Triggers and Privacy), and also the tabs "MyReports" and "Contact Information" (you must register to see these last two).
There is also a sequence of pages that new users go through after registering including Terms of Service, [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and newregistration.php.
Just sign up as a new user to tour at all these pages.
(There may be a few other tiny pages I am missing, but that is essentially it.)
So, all of these internal pages need to be fixed up to look professional. Issues like margins, fonts, etc. I want everything in tableless CSS. There are no new graphics images needed (I am satisfied with the home page graphic and the tabs) However, the home page itself could use a little bit of modification, especially the Register and Returning User login features, which seem to me to be too big and unattractive.
This task should begin when the current testing and tweaking of the functions is done (about 1 week), and the designer will need to work with PHP programmer to make this happen smoothly.
## Deliverables
QUESTIONS FOR DESIGNER:
(1) Can you show me one or two websites for which you were solely responsible for the graphic design, and which you designed "from scratch"--so I can form an impression of your own design work?
(2) When could you start, and how long do you think it would take you?
