Search and edit functions

For a classifieds section on a given website, need to implement a search function that will allow a free search on a keyword as well as a search for listings under a certain category (there are 6 categories and they are hard coded in the code, not populated by a database).? This is simple.? Just 2 queries. I also need to add an edit funtion for someone who already has posted a classified ad.? I want them to be able to either modify or delete their classified. There is also a bug in the photo upload of my form where the system doesn't take pictures that have names including a space. I have a low budget, so bid accordingly. Thank you
