number scrambler for loto in PHP

This is a project for a client who needs a loto scrambler. this app should aslo integrate easily to joomla or wordpress.
Simple enough, the application should :
* Have 2 section to input numbers:
* 1 will contain numbers from 1-100 with square boxes to tick on, five columns of 20 numbers each.
* 1 will simply be a text box where they can enter their numbers as comma separated values
* Under the number input, there should be a drop down where the user can select the correct amount of numbers to divide with. i.e. for certain lotteries, this is 6 numbers, others require 2, others 4... So they chose how many numbers per series the application will compile.
In other words, let's say I input or select 20 numbers in my number selection and chose to get 5 numbers per series, the app should dish out 4 series of 5 numbers each.
