Fix registration on our website.

After testing the form . I believe the problem is not in the coding of the form , but in the email hosting. I faced a problem likes this before and I solved it. I don't fully understand what you need from this section "When the site was built, I personally didn't care if the users had to register. So I would be OK if you were able to make it optional to the user if they want to register to make a purchase. "

We need the SMTP details (host name, port, whether SSL is used, user id and password) of the existing mail id from which mail is being sent now. We also need SMTP details (host name, port, whether SSL is used, user id and password) of the internal mailing account. SMTP relay should be allowed for this domain. Also approx. how many mails (registrations) happen in a day? Some mail servers have restrictions on the max. outgoing emails per hour/ day etc. We will also need FTP access to site. Cpanel access will help. The registration form does not contain a field for entering password. So is a password being auto generated? This works fine? As for making the registration “optional” while adding products to cart, we will do it once the above has been resolved and will let you know the cost for the same.
