We need to get an estimate on a program that would allow users to create a product from list of options in 3D environment.

When the user starts the program, they are presented with 4 base options on what type of product they would like to customize, and the cost for each product listed on the screen. When the user clicks next, they are taken to the next step. At each new step, the user is presented with several options. The default selection is always the standard option, but the user can opt to add upgrades. There are 20 steps in total. And for each step, there would be 2-8 options presented to the user. Each selection can cascade. Selections made on step 4 can effect later steps. Essentially causing some breaching in the selection options.

The best way to describe the program is its allowing the user to create a virtual version of a model. Example, Lets say the user is using this program to create a toy robot in a hobby themed room. Including a final step that allows them to paint predefined parts.

The idea is as you go though and build this product, at each step you add something new to your toy that makes it unique.

While the user is assembling the product, they get to see each step visualized in a 3D environment that the user can control and spin around. For each step and sub object 3d models would represent each selection. 3D assets and environments would have to be consistent with today's 360 game quality. We would provide a very detailed list and description of every part that needed to be created. Over 80 unique parts (3D models) not including the surrounding environment.

By the numbers, I took each step in our document and multiplied it by how many options per step. It comes out to be "2,147,483,648" possible outcomes.

The program should interact with the user via a click screen display as part of it's HUD system. Some short cut keys can be provided to the user

The user should be able to save the product and come back to anytime, Along with being able to take screenshots that are automatically saved.

A simple game element needs to be included. After the user has created their product. Example, all of the robots are wheeled, they need to travel around a small level space to the user can see the outcome. Real time physics system is needed!

The program needs to be able to output a parts list that can be sent saved and printed.

Please post your estimates for price and time to create a program as described. I will contact bidders I am interested in with more details on the complete project details so they can provide a better estimate.

Thank you.
