Touchscreen Interface for Windows 7

We are looking for a programmer to help us create a touchscreen application for a client. This is for a PC running Windows 7 with a large touchscreen monitor--NOT an iPad, smartphone, or similar device. It will run as a stand-alone setup on large commercial touchscreen screen that is connected to a second non-touchscreen monitor. Graphic art will be provided. The type of language used can be anything that supports the following functions: - A base accordion style layout that takes up the entire touchscreen. Each accordion tab will represent one of 5 main categories. - A subcategory that appears when an accordion tab is selected. - A grid of tiled thumbnail images, text, and video (belonging to a subcategory) will appear within the open accordion tab. The grid of thumbnails will be similar in appearance to Windows 8 tiles. There should be an ability to slide through the thumbnail grid via sliding touch gestures. - An ability to add or remove images/videos/text and place captions on them from the subcategories via a back-end method. - Selecting a thumbnail image will bring up the content/image/movie on a second attached monitor. - A possible search bar on the bottom of the layout that draws up a touchscreen keyboard. Concept images can be provided upon request. Programmers located in the California Bay Area preferred (for testing access on our commercial touchscreens), but not a requirement.
