J2me Application (form fill and SMS send)

To develop an application in Java language for cell phone devices (J2ME), which gets some data in a form, group them, crypto them, and send them by SMS, to a specific phone number (defined inside the application). It will have 4 screens plus 1 “about” screen, and 1 “splash screen”. Please, see more details on attached doc. * NOTE: in fact, we already have a version of this application done and running, but it sends its data by http, so, we would like to change that application, and "upgrade" it, so, it could send by both ways (the user will choose what type he/she wants to use). So, for quoting, consider that most of job is already done - we use NetBeans for development.
