1) The job is to develop an HTML panel which will show results of votes.
1.1) Additional Job Notes: this panel will be used in a party, where people will vote in people: one person will vote on one or more persons which he/she are interested to have a date; if there is a match (when one person votes on second, and that second person votes on the first one: when this happens, the table field "dthr_match" will be filled), the Panel should show that match, so, they could meet and talk with each other.
2) The information will be get on a MySQL table, named "votos".
