Simple web tool to collect social activity statistics

Hello, I need a simple web tool to collect information on my social web activity. Briefly, I need a web-based tool to collect the following information: - how many facebook friends I have - how many linkedin connections I have - how many twitter friends I am following - how many twitter people are following me - how many tweets I did I need a web tool to collect these information on a daily basis and then I want to be able to export this information in an Excel-friendly format whenever I want. For sure, I want to do this without giving any of my credentials (facebook, linkedin, etc.). For example, when I export this data to Excel, I want a column to show how many friends I had for each of the last 100 days (assuming the tool was running more than 100 days) in Facebook. So that I can see the changes in numbers.... I don't know which platform is best for it. If you design a php-based tool, I think I can take it and install on my web server.
