Crm development

I am in need of a custom-built CRM system with a focus on lead management. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing CRM systems with intermediate user customization options. No preferred platform or technology has been selected, so the developer will have flexibility in determining the best option for the project. Strong skills in sales management and customer service management are also desired. I want my own system which works like Salesforce. We have 20 staff currently and growing and need the custom CRM to accommodate. We need the system to have the ff: - Database - Track sales per employee, and total - User id login and administrator being able to log in and override any sales staff - Ordering system - Allocation of commissions for sales staff - Customer Database input suitable for millions of entries - Communications log between sales staff and customers. - Communications between call centres and customers and access for sales staff to update Communication logs. This is so if a customer calls the call centre the call centre can log in commissions between them and update the sales staff accordingly. But each staff member must be able to have there own customer database, although their will be 1 main database. I have already got 100k that we have created and increasing. If one of the staff become responsible for any of those on the database then that staff member can allocate that customer to there database blocking our any other sales staff from doubling up. If the call centre is responsible for a sale then that customer must be assigned a sales staff in which the system must report the staff members commission as well. The sale can go through the website or manually. But once a sale occurs an notification must be sent to the administration for admin to send the order to the manufacturers. This must be country specific. So if an order is placed in the USA then we must send the order to the USA manufacturer. The procedure for orders is. Name, address, how many systems payment, delivery address. Then a notification must be added after the system has been built and sent to the customers, then after delivery of the system the system requires install. After installation is completed an update must be added to the crm. It may be an idea to incorporate an accounting system. As the customer will require to pay a monthly fee and the original cost of the system it may be good to have this integrated in the system. To show accounts, payments, wages commissions etc.
