Hi there I'm a tech based freelancer with 10 years experience in networking , I've been using Unifis for networking and all types of networking recently . I think the best way to achieve this would be to completely deny all traffic coming in and then using a 2FA VPN to dial into the network remotely or even having one computer with TeamViewer installed maybe Vlanned off from other devices . Having anything open for remote access means it will never be completely closed but you can do things like denying all other traffic and enabling Vlans to segregate network traffic that doesn't need to talk to each other like security camera may not need to talk to computers so they can be on their own Vlan.
