Can do openVPN or wireguard. Need to discuss your usage case, to decide, which one is better suited. When you check my feedbacks, you will find lot of hotspot projects, or IoT-projects. For both usage scenarios, I implemented remote acces to the client devices, also from mobile app via ubuntu to client. My bid is proxy, until req specs final.
