I work as an independent consultant through my website exciga.com. It requires enhancements. Attached is a document with the entire scope of work. There are 10 points and you need to mention whether your quote includes all the points. Points 9 and 10 are only for those who have expertise in integrating a Blog and have SEO experience. If u dont have these skills, please be honest. I can always create a separate Project for it. The primary objective is the make the website fully responsive. Regarding point no 10, I will need to clarify the scope a bit. As SEO is a continuous process and have different levels of implementation, this would lead me to quote properly on a monthly basis, what will be the cost for it. I read your requirments and looked at the attached document, We can take care of everything except the SEO part. We can do basic on-page seo but not an in depth one which includes generating backlinks, keywords research etc.. For designing, I would prefer redesigning the entire website from scratch using bootstrap. The website will be 100% responsive and will work perfectly on all screen sizes and browsers. We are also open to use the existing design and making it responsive but I would suggest you go with a complete overhaul of the website.
