Phpfox CMS - open to bidding

Hi there, I need to someone to work on my website the website is based on phpfox framework. I write in short some of things we need to work on: 1. welcome message & invite friends: when a user signup on site the user will get a welcome message with a option of invite friends like facebook. Invite using: facebook, live, yahoo, rediff, skype and other email services. 2. ads position: right now we are using google ads but the placement of ads are not correct we need to fix it so, the ads are more visible to users. Right now the ads are only displayed on desktop version of website and we need to show ads on mobile version also. 3. some little changes on website template: like - spacing issue, overlapping, blocks adjustment etc. Please let me know how much time and money you need to fix these errors and add new function as per to my requirement.
