Marketing Manager at WPMU DEV

We’re looking for at least one person to join us at Incsub running digital marketing operations ‘hands on’. Reporting to our CEO and focused initially on WPMU DEV we’d like you to review, refine and, if necessary, rip up our marketing strategy. You’ll have a good budget along whole team of designers, copywriters and videographers to call on to design and develop re-marketing, email, CPC and other campaigns. As well as exploring conversion opportunities and cancellation reduction. Location is unimportant, although you are welcome to join us at our Melbourne Australia offices if you have the right visa. In terms of requirements, we’d like you to submit with your application a doc demonstrating that you know your stuff when it comes to… Designing and deploying online marketing campaigns – Yeh, ok, this is a bit of a ‘duh’ but we need to see an outline of at least one campaign you’ve put together in the past (paid, social, organic or partnership), how it went and you post-campaign analysis (with a special focus on analytics or equivalent tracking & goals measurements tools you’ve used). Paying serious attention to quality – Show us something really awesome you’ve put together or overseen being put together, could be the campaign you previously described for us or something else. Making sure that your own work and those of others is up to scratch is a big deal for this role. Converting – It’s hard to describe how important conversion metrics are to us, and you should feel just the same way. Show us how you’ve considered different aspects of conversion, tested them and generally pushed the envelope so that those campaigns have paid off. It doesn’t have to be a massive document… just one that shows us that you mean business. Nail it and we guarantee you an interview with at least some interesting conversations and feedback.
