[ASAP!] Provide facebook votes on a competition - We need this ASAP

I need votes to be added to a competition going on at the moment. This competition is age and location specific. I am looking for people who can control votes through facebook applications - I do not want fake brand new accounts. 1) People must be located in Victoria, Australia 2) People must be between the age of 16 and 25 3) All facebook votes have to be made from real active accounts with friends and activity - preferably paid voters. The process is for the user to like the page which enables the voting form - from there you need to fill in the form with their information and select a logo to vote for. Voting finishes on Monday and I need real votes to be delivered "drip fed" to look natural over the next few days. No black hat methods for inviting users, i.e. all accounts must not be banned/suspended, or get any warnings for your actions. Bid for 100 votes! We will order more from there - LOADS more
