We are looking for freelance online language trainers (native Swedish speakers)

We are looking for an experienced Swedish teacher for a new student of ours. As an international language school, based in Antwerp/Belgium, we provide online lessons to clients all over the world. Preferably you are a native speaker, you master English proficiently to interact with the student (and us), you have experience in teaching languages via the internet and/or have degrees that imply linguistic and/or educational skills. We are looking for you if: - You are a native Swedish speaker. - You have experience as a language teacher/tutor/trainer. - You work as a freelancer, meaning you can bill us as a self-employed teacher on a per project/contract basis). You are able to send us invoices invoice - You are available for a client of ours looking for weekly virtual classes. Students typically order a course as a package of 30 hours. The specific availability and needs of specific students vary and a we match your and their weekly availabilities. (An example would be a course of 15 weeks of 2 hours per week.) - You preferably have a degree in languages and/or teaching, but relevant experience as a teacher could just as well be of interest. - Your English proficiency is up to par as to communicate with our client and us and to teach in English. - You are good with computers, technology and are familiar with current forms of communication and online learning and teaching. - You are very punctual when it comes to meetings and can manage to work and meet online with students living in different time zones. - You have a very good internet connection and a quiet place to work from. - You are able to provide tailor-made courses adapted to the student’s needs and we can rely on your knowhow to meet the expectations of our student. When we have all the information we need to take it a step further, your experience, CV, contact details and whereabouts etc., we schedule a meeting with our academic director. Together, we’ll go over further details and discuss the specifics regarding the number of classes (in total and per week), the working hours, hourly rates and invoicing.
