Project readvertised please resubmit quotes drawings now included This is a project for suitably qualified engineering personnel. there is ongoing work for this project as it develops, fitment of engine, and design of engine mounts, design of reduction box, design of fully articulated rotor head, swash plate aerodynamically designed moulded fiberglass or carbon fibre enclosed cabin, quality shock absorbing seating, cabin layout, hydraulic controls, location of centre of gravity and other mathematical calculation as required for a helicopter, all mathematical calculations will need tobe provided for future projects where required. This is current part of project:- Copy of airframe drawings supplied and create2D drawings which are easy to read with full dimensions around frame curves the photographs supplied show the frame in two parts, this is for transport reasons when frame is transported overseas. this frame will be manufactured locally in Australia and needs to be one complete piece. Produce a 3 D drawing showing brackets to be fitted to the frame at specific locations. Engine mountings battery boxes and control system brackets not to be included please follow materials list and where there is a 0 quantity do not include in drawing. Produce a materials list for tubing and sheet metal brackets that minimises wastage. calculate weight in frame. Produce a 2D drawing of tubes to be bent marking radius and correct length. Lengths can be determined by CAD, dimensions for starting points are on the drawings but are not logically located 2D Sheet metal drawings clearly laid out each to be individually named and numbered as per current drawings. (Make it easy for the sheet metal people to understand}. Accuracy and care is important in this project
