Instructional Design for Leadership Class

-------- Love to be the instructional designer for your leadership program ------------ Hi Love to work with you on this project of building courses on Leadership and I also enjoy Grapes. Your instruction in the videos are clear and I understood that this is a sample project in order to assess me on my capabilities so that I can get future projects. All the course material will be designed keeping in mind WRAP( Watch/Reflect/Apply/Plan) and I also understand that these will be for Online delivery with 30 minutes blocks. A little bit about me, for the last 15 years I was with learning and development in my previous organisation. We us to follow ADDIE model and I was part of "DD" (Design and development) and as well as part of "I" team ( Implementation), this will definitely help me handling your project in very effective manner. I have completed my Facilitation certificate from DDI (Development Dimensions International) on various leadership programs and delivered close to 30 plus programs as on date. I have also completed my level 1 of CPLP test from ASTD ( American Society for Training and Development) now ATD. If you award me the project, I would like to complete the Milestone 1: Creation of course description outline Milestone 2: Creation of powerpoint based on the outline created.
