CRM Perth (A division of the Illuminance Solutions group) is looking for an assistant to help manage PPC and recruitment campaigns, draft and finalise documents, send emails to clients and help staff stay on top of all their obligations. The Role - Pay Per Click Campaign Management - - Linkedin and Facebook and Adwords PPC campaign A/B testing - - Landing page video content editing - - Remarketing campaign creation and monitoring - Blog - - Finding relevant articles and adding introduction and conclusion comments to them - Opportunity Winning - - Research using the Internet or other information databases - - drafting proposals based on dot-points - - finalising proposals - - RSVP getting - - summarising paper notes taken from meeting to consolidate a CRM record - Other - - filling in case studies and staff profiles based on dot-points - - emailing clients to get feedback on projects, referrals and testimonials - - Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs - - Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online - - Making slight adjustments to the website The Company CRM Perth is a Microsoft Partner and specialises in premium Customer Relationship Management (CRM) development and deployment. Our primary client industries include government departments, mining and energy, not for profit organisation and professional service providers, with some of our clients being Alinta Energy, the Australian Government and the Chamber of Minerals and Energy. Desired traits - Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred - Broadband Internet connection - Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must - Previous experience with Pay-Per-Click campaign management - Previous experience with the creation and management of retargeting (remarketing) campaigns - Previous experience editing video content Details Starting date: Available now Applications close: 24th November Initial job: Less than 10 Hours a week during a one month trial period at which point it is probable that the position will evolve in hours and possible responsibilities Timezone Irrelevant, but our office is +8 UTC, Perth time.
