Expertise in AWS: The candidate should have a strong understanding and extensive experience working with various AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Route 53, CloudFront, etc. They should be able to design, deploy, and manage highly scalable and reliable architectures on AWS. 2. Infrastructure Architecture: The candidate must have a solid background in designing and implementing infrastructure architectures. They should be proficient in creating scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly available systems on AWS. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation or Terraform is highly desirable. 3. Operations Management: The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing large-scale operations for a product or company. This includes overseeing the availability, performance, and security of the infrastructure. They should have a deep understanding of monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting techniques to ensure smooth operations. 4. Platform Services Knowledge: The candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of various AWS platform services and their use cases. This includes services like AWS Elastic Beanstalk, AWS Elastic Container Service (ECS), AWS Batch, AWS Fargate, etc. They should be able to recommend and implement the appropriate services based on the project requirements. 5. Database Management: The candidate should have expertise in managing databases on AWS, particularly with AWS RDS (Relational Database Service) and NoSQL databases like Amazon DynamoDB. EMR System Experience ( ! Important ): Familiarity with USA-based EMR systems like eCW (eClinicalWorks) or Athenaclinicals is highly desirable. Experience in designing and deploying secure and compliant EMR systems on AWS would be a significant advantage. 7.
