Seeking Proactive Bookkeeper for our healthcare start-up! Located in Kogarah, Sydney we are a start-up undergoing significant growth, in the healthcare professional services industry. Our company services customers across Australian and overseas and we are seeking to add to our team a bookkeeper to support our Head of finance. THE ROLE The primary purpose of this role is to fine-tune our structure for financial tasks and also to ensure our team and our suppliers are all onboarded on these. Following this, this role will need to facilitate smooth administration and financial operations for accounts payable and receivable. DUTIES include, but are not limited to:- • Maintain water tight financial procedures. • Provide accurate Bookkeeping services. • Data entry • Debtors, Creditors • Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation • Payroll. • Preparation of P&L’s • Provide administrative support to the Head of Production. • Maintain an orderly administration environment in a busy environment. ABOUT YOU • You have a positive “Can Do” attitude •. Certified BAS agent desirable but not essential. • You have solid training and experience in Bookkeeping. • You are a Xero ‘guru’. • You are well organised, with high attention to detail • Process Driven. • Have intuition and problem solving skills, seeking solutions • Adaptable, as the environment you are entering is requiring change • Strong computer skills • Excellent communicator, written and verbal • Whilst you are a Team Player, you work largely unsupervised and “In Charge” of your Office. • You are a team player, positive and outgoing. Initially this will be a part-time role, where work hours will be flexible, with the position having the capacity to grow, with your lead in taking on responsibilities.
