Transcript from sitcom in French

I would like to have a transcript made from a 20-minute sitcom that is dubbed in French. It has French subtitles, but they are quite different from the actual dialogue. I am particularly interested in getting all the little words that are difficult to hear for a non-native speaker. I will provide the mp4 file with the video. It should take 1 or 2 hours, depending on how fast you type. It should be delivered in an srt file (SubRip text file format) with UTF-8 encoding. I attach an example.
