Really simple job for anyone that has had experience with Xamarin c# for Android. I need you to create a service that will run while the application is not open. This will be used for a TCP listener and will notify the user when they have received a message. The rest of the application (including TCP listener) has all been completed. For the sake of testing, this background service could just sleep for 10 seconds then throw up a notification or alert and when the user clicks on it just open the application. if you have any more questions just ask.
