We process 50 orders per day with the vast majority shipping from our 10,000 sq.ft. warehouse. Approximately 70% of our orders are on-line. Several may also need phone support. Our AOV is over $500. We have a total staff of 15.
Looking for a diligent, dutiful and reliable person to work in our music company as a customer support with a little bit of data entry duties. The work amount isn't big and doesn't require to be online all day. But THE MAIN REQUIREMENT is to check in at least 2 times daily, each day in a week excluding sundays, reply to all messages maximum in 24 hours and if necessary, put the order informations in 2 data entry sheets. Your choice what time of the day you will do the job, the tasks MUST BE FULFILLED. Bid only if you're sure you can handle the daily maintenance of the e mails and will be always disposable to receive additional directions or informations. Very fluent or native English speaking REQUIRED.
