WordPress website is built and fully functioning with...an event for more than one person, we need to ask them the details of the other person (Name and Member Number) and also their menu choices. Then later we need to be able to download this information as a CSV file. The file must show each members name, member number and menu choices. So each menu order is tied to only one member. Currently we have installed Formidable forms, but it does not seem to do what we want and I would prefer to get rid of it in favour of a in built system that can be applied globally.
