Adult Webcam site

I need a website created which will work with Flash Player. Should have the ability to have member accounts, who can go on one-on-one chat rooms with another tier of members (models). I will also need to have some sort of way of having a credits system, so that on viewing cams, they are depositing money from their account to the model, at a pre-specified rate per minute. Initial project is very basic, and will be used for testing. We can then move onto developing a larger, more complex system.
