video upload, record & sharing app (Ruby on Rails)

we are currently in the process of developing a social networking website with Ruby on Rails programming. what we are looking for is someone to develop a video recording, uploading & sharing application that we can integrate into our website with our user accounts. we need and administrative interface, user interface and also public views of video pages. similar concepts to [login to view URL] and other video sharing sites. we do NOT want any cloned software... when complete & we have paid for services we are to own 100% of code & source files you produce and you are to provide well-documented in plain English instructions and development details. We also request minimum of 30 days of support & debugging at no cost and a quoted price for support beyond the 30 days (hourly rate). Please provide any relevant portfolio work & URLs... We wish to only work with those that have extensive experience in web-video applications, Flash and in Ruby on Rails programming.
