Hi.. REQUEST YOU TO READ VERY CAREFULLY EACH OF MY SPECIFICATIONS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO RESPOND. I am a Flash/Web designer. I need to develop an ongoing relationship with an expert Flash Action Script2 Developer(Company and Teams pls do not respond, I require an individual). First of all let me make you know my budget. I am interested only if someone is happy with Rs.800 per Man Day. So it comes to Rs.100 per hour. For any project I would like to take help only on the coding part. Working with me you will get regular jobs and prompt payments. 1)You should be very conversant with making Flash/XML banners, Flash/XML photo galleries, Editing Flash templates etc. 2)You should be flexible in the sense that you should not hesitate to do rework since you will be part of a team your codes will need modifications from time to time to facilitate design needs. Though you will be paid for extra work but if that is a 1 hour extra work you should be honest and bold enough to ask for Rs.100 extra. 3)You should be very responsive and should be fairly available for chats on gmail,yahoo messenger or skype. 4)You should be able to maintain deadlines. 4)You should be ready to sign an NDA as well and I will own all copyrights to the codes as well as files supplied by you. REQUEST YOU TO READ VERY CAREFULLY EACH OF MY SPECIFICATIONS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO RESPOND.
