Website link for Facebook Pixel, customer form , thank you page, mail chimp

Hello, I need someone to link my Facebook pixel , create a thank you page, and link everything to my customer flow . So when someone come on to my website and fill out my form, it should go to my MailChimp account as well as have a thank you page response and that thank you page should have my facebook pixel so that I can track. I would prefer someone from the united states and would need them to explain to me in detail how they will do it. I do not want anyone responding telling me how great they are, I need for them to respond with a detail on how they will do it so as to not waste time. I want an expericed person with more than 5 years working in a WordPress environment.
