Add Isotope to WP Theme for Custom Post Type

Take my existing custom post type and display all data on one page using the Isotope jQuery plugin found here [login to view URL] The custom post type is for team members of my company. Each team member has two photos. One photo is shown by default, and the second photo is shown on hover. Each team member has a short bio of text only. Each team member may have zero or all of the following: twitter link, facebook link, linkedIn link, pinterest link. (these links may be increased as social media sites increase or decrease in popularity) Once the team page is displayed using Isotope, we will then want the image of each team member to change on hover and a box of no less than two boxes wide be displayed containing their bio text. This should work on hover and also on click in the case of touchscreen devices.
