This project requires the following to be undertaken:
1. Fix "Mailchimp invalid configuration" error message that appears when submitting via the main "Bin form" (this worked well previously).
2. Create an additional 5 separate identical Lists to the "Main" existing list.
3. Arrange it so that when someone uses the same (duplicate) email more than once, the information submitted moves to the second Main list, then the third main list etc. In other words, a person can use the same email address up to 6 times maximum. If someone tries to use the same email for a 7th time, then they should receive a pop up message that tells them "You have already used this email a maximum of 6 times. Please contact Waste Watch to resolve this issue. Thank you", AND a notification email should be sent to the Administrator advising that "Email address XXXXX@XXXXX has tried to use the service more than the maximum 6 times".
4. The second form (Forgotten Your Contract Details) on the home page should be changed so that when someone submits their valid email address, the only thing that happens is the Administrator receives an email saying "Email address XXXX@XXXXXX has requested all previously submitted details to be sent to them".
