Wordpress Design for Website

We are looking for a WordPress expert to implement a professional theme that closely resembles an existing Magento-based e-commerce site. The WordPress content site will be a sister site of the b2b e-commerce site. The goal is to have them loosely coupled yet the navigation between them needs to look as seamless as possible. We are looking to replace the theme with the new one and update the content to be more consistent with the Magento site. The WordPress site will serve as the content side of this website, where news, FAQs, blogs, announcements, etc. are made. The requirements are: The layout, colors, logo and navigation need to look almost identical to the e-commerce site. The site needs to be multi-lingual, with English, French, Spanish and Chinese as primary languages. (Q-Translate preferred. You can recommend other plug-ins. ) We need to be able to link the right language content in WordPress with the right language in Magento site. For example, if the user is navigating from the French version of the commerce site to the News section, the WordPress news page loaded should also be in French. The home page of the WordPress site needs a slider. The slider should look similar to the product slider on the Magento site. The difference is that the news slides are featured news stories while the product sliders have products. We must be able to easily change the content of the WordPress site just like any other WordPress sites. We will be responsible for writing all the content, providing imagery and translation. We would like to have the project completed within a month.
